The Villages West in Melville Long Island is a 24 hour guard-gated All-Age community, within the Top Rated Half Hollow Hills School District #5.

This Suffolk County North Shore residence was opened in 2006 by McGovern Drive near The Long Island Expressway Exit 49N. Villages West in Melville Long Island is a homeowner’s association community and a condo community. The common monthly charges in the Condo Section includes maintenance of the exterior of the units, and the Homeowner’s Association only includes maintenance of the common areas.

WELCOME TO STONINGTON

Stonington is a Condo community Port Jefferson Long Island. You can reach this neighborhood by taking Route 347 (Nesconset Highway) To Old Town Road North for approximately one block. Stonington is on the Right. It’s across the Road from the Stony Hollow Co-op community.

 

Opened in 1997, these are ground level and upper level Floor Plans, plus 2 Story Townhouse designs. The 2 roads surrounding the neighborhood are Commodore Circle and Captains Way. The community is served by The Comsewogue School District #3.

 

Stonington is not a gated community, but it does have amenities. There is a heated community pool, tennis, gym and lovely spraying fountains. The Condos are attached structures in groupings throughout the neighborhood. Pets are welcome at this well-maintained complex. Some of the Condos at Stonington have basements and some have a garage. Each unit has central air conditioning and gas heat.

 

These are upper and lower level units, and also there are 2 story townhouse designs, when available. At the Stonington neighborhood, there is a monthly common charge which covers the maintenance of the common areas and facilities. Guest parking is ample around the community.

Although the community is not gated, there is roving security patrols in the neighborhood. Living here you can enjoy many clubs, crafts, billiards, a library, gym, and even dancing. A courtesy bus passes through the neighborhood for your convenience that stops at local shopping areas.
