Tara At Smithtown: Known as Tara At Smithtown but is actually in Commack New York. Opened in 1985 and located near Veterans Memorial Highway. It offers Ranch style one level units, as well as townhouse floor plans. The amenities are the outdoor pool, tennis courts, clubhouse and play area. Some units have garages. Some have basements. These are all attached units in groupings.

 

Indian Head Forest: Opened in 1988 with attached townhomes. This community can be reached from Jericho Turnpike approximately 1/4 mile to Indian Head Road and a right at the gated entrance. The condominiums have central air conditioning, gas heat, an attached garage and backyard patio. Some units have a basement. The amenities offered include a pool, tennis and gym. There are 3 floor plans known as the Arbor, Beech and Cypress.

Pinewood Estates: Cozy community of attached ranch style and 2 story townhouse designs with either 1 or 2 bedrooms and an attached garage. This Suffolk County complex has a tennis court, and the attached units have central air conditioning and gas heat. It can be reached by taking Jericho Turnpike to Kings Park Road and a right onto Sandy Hill. This community was built in 1990 and consists of approximately 42 units that surrounds Sandy Hill Road on 2 Cul-De-Sacs.

The Hamlet Golf and Country Club: Built in the 1990’s. This is a 24 hour guard gated upscale golf country club community managed by a Homeowner’s Association. The amenities include a clubhouse, pool, tennis, and gym. Home to an 18 hole par 70 golf course, this community is located by Exit 52 N on The Long Island Expressway.
