We are finding that our first-time home buyers come in 2 categories. Those who say they want a starter home, and those that say they want a home they can grow into.

It doesn’t matter what their age is. We have worked with couples who are newly married, singles with no children,  those with growing families, and those who are older, but have never owned a home.  All have decided that they finally want to become homeowners.

Most want a move-in ready home. They saved enough to buy a home, but don’t want to have to spend more fixing it up.
