There’s the clubhouse, pools, tennis, gym, and the ponds that can be found throughout the community. A monthly common charge fee maintains the common areas. Lawns are maintained and snow is removed. This pet friendly community has central air conditioning and electric heat.

 

Windcrest at Smithtown is a code-gated homeowner’s association (PUD) in Suffolk County Long Island. It can be reached by Route 347 East to Terry Road. Opened in 2002, there’s a clubhouse, pool, tennis, gym, and gazebo by the spraying fountain. With a monthly common charge fee, the lawns and the facilities are maintained, and snow is removed at this pet friendly neighborhood.

 

Willow Ridge In Smithtown Long Island is a homeowner’s association community by Jericho Turnpike (Route 25A) and St. Johnland. There is a cozy clubhouse, pool & tennis, and pets are welcome. Opened in 1988, a monthly common charge fee maintains the common areas. These are attached units in groupings along Willow Ridge Drive and features central air conditioning and gas heat.

There are several floor plans including upper and ground level condos, 2 story duplex units, Ranch designs and End units with Primary Bedrooms on main level. Some of the units have garages, and some have a basement. There is a clubhouse, pool, tennis, gym, and pets are welcome.

 

The Woods At Smithtown is a condo community in the Smithtown School District but located in Nesconset Long Island off Rosevale Avenue. There’s a cozy cabana, pool and tennis. Pets are permitted, and all the condos are attached in groupings surrounded by Jeremy Circle.
