Woodland Pond

Opened in 1980, these are attached Condos within a non-age restricted neighborhood. These are 2 story designs with the bedrooms on the upper level. Some have a garage, some have a basement. Entry situated off Piquets Lane. Offers clubhouse, pool, tennis, gym. Pet friendly community. There is central air conditioning, oil heat and back yard patios.
