The average sold price for this time period in this price range was $2,620,000. The average days on the market for these luxury homes sold was 77 days. The average taxes for these sold homes was $30,712. These closed and sold luxury homes were sold from $2,000,000 for a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath luxury Mediterranean style home in Westhampton Beach, to $5,150,000 for a 7 bedroom 6.5 bath Colonial in Old Westbury Long Island.
