Approximately 4 Miles (Past 25 A) turn left to The Knolls Gate. This is a non-age restricted Co-op community and is served by the North Shore School District #1.
Opened in 1987, The Knolls @ Glen Head is surrounded by street names of The Glen and The Circle. At The Knolls you will find a variety type of residences, all attached. There are upper and lower floor plans, and 2 Story Townhouse units. They feature central air conditioning and gas heat. Some units have a 1 or 2 car garage. Although this is a Co-op, there is no Board approval needed.
