The original Country Pointe in Nesconset NY was opened in 2000 by Middle Country Road, just East of Route 347. 

Country Pointe Smithtown North (also in Nesconset) was opened in 2003 near Route 347 and Browns Road.

Several Floor Plans were built at the first Nesconset Country Pointe off Middle County Road and East of Route 347.
