You can reach The Hamlet At Wind Watch in Hauppauge by Exit 57 and The Long Island Expressway, left on Motor Parkway to 2nd Entrance. Opened in 1998, Wind Watch offers the security of a 24 hour guard-gatehouse.

 

Several Floor Plans were built here. There the are attached villas where someone lives on either the ground level or upper level. Also, Wind Watch has detached Free-Standing Single Family Homes. These are Colonial and Ranch Style Floor Plans. The units have central air conditioning, gas heat and either a one or two car garage.

Strathmore Gate East is a 55 and over community in Coram Long Island.

 

Opened in the 1970’s, Strathmore Gate East can be reached off Middle Country Road to Old Town Road. Since this is an established community, units may need some updating.

 

Street names in the neighborhood are Freedom Lane, Forge Lane, Freemont Lane, Flair Way and Flair Circle. This is a pet friendly neighborhood.
