KENSINGTON GARDENS OWNERS in St James NY : WE STILL HAVE BUYERS WAITING

Last weekend we held an Open House in Kensington Gardens.

The response was incredible.

We received many offers after the open house and continued receiving offers into the following day. With so much interest, we had to disappoint many buyers who wanted the co-op.

But the story did not end there.

We are still hearing from buyers who attended the open house and from others who are asking about opportunities in Kensington Gardens.

They are still looking.
