Located by Montauk Highway and Bay Pointe Drive on the Forge River, you can reach The Waterways by taking the Long Island Expressway Exit 68 S to Montauk Highway, then East on Route 27A, or South of Sunrise Highway to William Floyd Parkway, East on Montauk Hwy, 2.5 Miles, South on Baypointe Drive.

 

Opened in 1985 and continuing into the 1990’s, this is a popular 24-hour guard-gated 55 and above neighborhood.

The community offers the clubhouse, 2 tennis courts, outdoor heated pool, card rooms, billiards, large social gathering room, cozy gym, bocce, trips and a private marina.
