Today, let’s discuss the four Condo Type communities in Kings Park Long Island, namely Kings Wood Co-operative, Lakebridge Club, Country Pointe, and The Meadows. These communities are all situated within the Kings Park School District #5.

Kings Wood Co-operative is a residential complex located on Church Street in Kings Park Long Island, Suffolk County, NY. It features studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, and was constructed in 1965. The community offers convenient access to Long Island Railroad and Main Street Shopping. However, pets are not allowed.

 

Lakebridge Club is a 24 gated condominium community located off Route 25A and Lawrence Road. It features a 24-hour security guard, and offers various amenities such as an outdoor pool, tennis court, clubhouse, gym, and billiards. It was opened in the late 1980s and early 1990s. These are attached units in groupings. Pets are permitted.
