For those 55 and over, there is the Gated Fairfield at St. James, a condominium community with an active clubhouse, pools, tennis courts, walking path and many clubs. There is also a Co-op community known as Kensington Gardens, which offers its owners a clubhouse and inground pool. We have sold at both of these communities.

 

There are two Single Family Home Gated communities. One has a 24 hour gatehouse with guard, and the other one has a code-gated system. Most of the area is a suburban North Shore community with individual home sites.

There is a variety of exterior designs in Hidden Ridge, which is located in the Top-Rated Syosset School District#2.  Hidden Ridge is an all-age Condo community with attached Condos in groupings.
