The units range in size from approximately 1,700 sq ft to about 2,100 sq ft.  There are no amenities here, but the community is positioned around Northridge Circle, with a relaxing gazebo in the center. It is positioned within the S. Huntington School District #13. A monthly common charge fee covers the maintenance of the landscaping and snow removal.

Opened in 1985 and continuing into the 1990’s, this is a 24-hour guard-gated, pet friendly 55 and above neighborhood.
