Waters Edge is a Co-operative community in Patchogue, NY 11772. You can reach this complex from Sunrise Highway To Waverly Avenue or The Long Island Expressway 495 To Exit 61 Patchogue-Holbrook Road To Waverly Ave.
Waters Edge offers 1 and 2 bedroom garden style Co-ops. These are upper and ground level units and some have terraces. Laundry facilities are within the community and each Co-op has a private entry and electric heat. There is a monthly common charge fee that includes taxes, water, lawn maintenance, snow removal and trash removal. Electric is the responsibility of the individual homeowners. These are brick structures at Waters Edge that were built in the 1970’s.
