Nob Hill is a private condominium community in Ronkonkoma Long Island in Zip Code 11779.  It has 2 sections – Nob Hill North and Nob Hill South. You can reach this Suffolk County neighborhood from Exit 58 on The Long Island Expressway and Old Nichols Road, heading North.

The community of Nob Hill was opened in 1973 in Ronkonkoma New York. It is close to the hamlets of Nesconset and Hauppauge Long Island. 

There’s a clubhouse, pool, tennis, gym and play area. Most units at Nob Hill have washer and dryers. Some units have a terrace or patio. No garages at this community, but there is ample parking spaces for you and your guests. A monthly fee includes heat, water, trash pickup, and the maintenance of the common areas at the community.  Nob Hill is situated within the Connetquot School District #7, and the school bus picks up and drops off the children right in the community.

At Nob Hill North and South, a new Buyer must fill out an application supplying credit history, and background information, and meet in front of a Board for Review.  There are fees involved for Management and to the Homeowner’s Association.
