Silver Ponds is a code-gated Townhouse community in Manorville, Long Island. You can reach this complex by Exit 70 and The Long Island Expressway. Right On 111 S. and First Right To Bauer Avenue To Silver Ponds Entrance. Or, Ryerson Avenue To Silver Ponds Entrance.

 

 

The community was constructed with 2 and 3 bedroom Ranch and Townhouse units, surrounded by many ponds with sparkling fountains. Located in a scenic rolling natural landscape and well-maintained greenery, Silver Ponds has a code-gated entry. There are no basements at Silver Ponds but there are 1 and 2 car garages.
