This 55+ Condo Subdivision opened its doors in the late 1970’s, and later additional Condos were built in the 1980’s. When available, this Suffolk County NY active adult community was built with 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom condos, and 3 bedroom townhouses. Some have a garage, some do not. You will find central air conditioning and electric heat here.
