That’s what our Out-of-State home buyers said to us and sent along one of my photos I had posted on Instagram.
Imagine waking up to a water view like this on Long Island. We showed this listing to our out-of-state buyer clients who only wanted full water views of The Long Island Sound on Long Island’s North Shore. Although they were “wowed” by this view, they wanted to continue to look before making a decision, even though we expressed to them how razor-thin the market was, especially for full water view homes. Of course, there were multiple offers and our buyers were too late!
