Woodridge Strathmore Terrace is an established over 55 community in Mt. Sinai Long Island and Suffolk County New York.

 

Opened in 1974, Woodridge Strathmore Terrace can be reached by Route 347 to Canal Road, a left to Plymouth Avenue and left to Chippendale Drive. Since this is an established community, units may need some updating.

 

Sometimes known as Strathmore Terrace, these are attached Ranch style floor plans with 1 or 2 bedrooms. Each unit has central air conditioning, clean and efficient electric heat and cooking, laundry areas with washer and dryer and individual thermostats in every room. Many of the homes here have an attached garage, but not all of them.

The Townhouses are 4-attached homes grouped together in a quad. The interior units have a 1 car garage, and the exterior Townhouses have a 2 car garage.  Some of the Townhouses may have basements and elevators too. The master bedrooms in the Townhouses are on the main level and there is an additional 1 or 2 bedroom, full bath and loft on the upper level. 

The Condos are the most affordable units at The Greens at Half Hollow. They are upper or ground level units. These are 2 bedrooms with 1.5 baths or 2 full baths, and some upper units have a floor plan with a cozy additional space that is usually used as a small den or office. No garages for these Condo units, but there is ample parking for you and your guests.
