Windcrest at Smithtown is a code-gated homeowner’s association (PUD) community located in Suffolk County Long Island. It can be reached by Route 347 East to Terry Road. Opened in 2002, there’s a clubhouse, pool, tennis, gym, gazebo & social gatherings. With a monthly common charge fee, the lawns and the facilities are maintained, and snow is removed at this pet friendly neighborhood.

 

Willow Ridge In Smithtown Long Island is a pet friendly homeowner’s association community located by Jericho Turnpike (Route 25A) and St. Johnland.
