There are Condo communities on Long Island’s North Shore in Northport.

Here are the communities brought to you as a courtesy by Realtors Lawrence “Larry” and Sheila Agranoff. All communities in Northport are served by the Northport-East Northport School District #4.

The Colony Club: Opened in 1990, The Colony Club is townhouse design semi-attached units with 2 car garage and basements. Take Fort Salonga Road to Norwood Road and to the private code-gated community. For the enjoyment of the homeowner’s there is a pool, tennis, and cozy clubhouse. Each condo has central air conditioning and gas heat in this pet friendly community. Students living at Colony Club can attend the Northport-E Northport School District #4. The community is surrounded by Wood Path Drive, Shaun Way, Gerriet Court and Heiko Court. Some units back Makaman Preserve.

Harbour Point: Approximately 40 miles from New York City, Harbour Point can be reached by taking Route 25A to Ocean Avenue heading North. These are attached Contemporary style units with central air conditioning, garages and lower levels that are above grade. There are amenities too. A clubhouse, heated outdoor pool, tennis, and the marina for your enjoyment. Located near quaint Northport Village, this Northport bay front community was opened in 1987. When available, there are deeded boat slips with a fee per ft depending on the size of your boat. Harbour Point is surrounded by street names of Lord Joes Landing, Lady Janes Way, Harbour Point Drive, Malcolms Landing, and Club House Circle. This is part of the Village of Northport so besides the taxes, there are also added taxes for the Village.

Harbor Ridge/Greentree Estates: Opened in 1986, there are only 46 townhouse Floor Plans at this community. Take 25A to Reservoir North. Harbor Ridge is surrounded by Lisa Drive and Blydenburgh Ct. The townhouses have central air conditioning, basements, a garage, gas heat and pets are permitted. There are no amenities but is a well-maintained community.

Harbour Villas: Surrounded by Fairwind Ct and opened in 1976, Harbour Villas has a floating dock and private beach. Take 25A North on Main Street To Bayview Lake. This homeowner’s association neighborhood welcomes pets. A Village tax is additional to the basic taxes.

Woodbine Harbor: You can reach this townhouse community by 25A to Windbine. Opened in 1984, there is central air conditioning, gas heat and attached garage.

Northport Long Island is a North Shore Waterfront Village. It’s situated in The Town of Huntington in Suffolk County New York 11768. It borders Long Island Sound to the North and Northport Harbor to the West. Trolley’s used to run through this Village and Main Street still has the remaining trolley tracks. To add to its charm and quaintness, Northport is pedestrian and dog friendly and the Main Street features boutiques, restaurants, cafes, the Northport Memorial Park, play area, dock and beautiful harbor.
