This 55 and Over Condo Subdivision opened its doors in the late 1970’s and later additional Condos were built in the 1980’s. When available, this Suffolk County NY active adult community was built with 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom Condos, and 3 bedroom Townhouses. There are Upper and Lower Level units, attached Ranch style, and 2 Story units with the Master Bedroom on the Main Level.  Some of the Condos have a garage. You will find central air conditioning and electric heat here. If you want a Ranch style Floor Plan, please ask because there are also upper level units with exterior steps here too. There are no basements. Pets are not permitted in Fairfield at St. James.
