Stonington is a Condo community that opened in Port Jefferson in 1997.  Take Route 347 (Nesconset Highway) To Old Town Road North for approximately one block. Stonington is on the Right. It’s across the Road from the Stony Hollow Co-op community.

These are ground level and upper level Ranch Floor Plans, plus 2 Story Townhouse designs. The 2 roads surrounding the neighborhood are Commodore Circle and Captains Way. The community is served by The Comsewogue School District #3.

Stonington is not a gated community, but it does have amenities. There’s a heated community pool, tennis, gym and spraying fountains. The Condos are attached structures in groupings throughout the neighborhood. Pets are welcome at this well-maintained complex. Some of the Condos at Stonington have basements and some have a garage. Each unit has central air conditioning and gas heat.
