You can reach this neighborhood from Sunrise Highway To Nicolls Road (South Towards Blue Point) Right on Nicholls Road, Right on Church Street and Right on Waverly Avenue.

 

Bayport Meadows offers central air conditioning, gas heat, basements, 2 car garages and backyard patios. Pets are permitted. There are 148 units and the floor plans include The Ameila, The Earhart, The Nichols and The Peltier, but they do not become available often.
