Social Membership for the Country Club is mandatory, and a yearly restaurant fee is also mandatory. There are monthly common charges that cover the cost of maintaining the lawns and common areas. Golf is an extra fee. There may be additional fees, so ask about them.  Members have access the ClubCorp Network of hundreds of country clubs and business clubs nationwide. Plus, offerings at hotels, resorts and entertainment venues.
