Acorn Ponds North Hills

 Acorn Ponds is a condominium community located in North Hills Long Island

Built in the late 1970’s,  Acorn Ponds can be navigated to by The Long Island Expressway Exit 35 and head South.  The street names in this neighborhood are Acorn Ponds Drive, Spring Hollow, Frost Pond, Squirrel Hill, Chestnut Hill, Pheasant Run, Old Field, and Fox Ridge.  There are various floor-plans within this community that include 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths, 2 bedrooms 2 baths, and 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths. Acorn Ponds is close to The Long Island Expressway, The Northern State Parkway and plenty of shopping.

Acorn Ponds has a clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis, gym, and play area.  During the evening hours there is night security. This area is serviced by the Herricks School District #9 .

Located in Stony Brook NY and Suffolk County Long Island, there is a single family home community known as the M Section.

The M Section in Stony Brook consists addresses with the street names of Manchester Lane, Maymont, Madeley, Media, Maureen, Manor, Millstream Lane, Mosshill and Marwood Place, Memory Way, Midfield, Mariner Street and Magnet Street, and Mare Ct.  These are Ranch, Colonial, Hi Ranch and Cape style homes.
