Stonington Condos In Port Jefferson New York

Stonington is a Condo community Port Jefferson Long Island. Take Route 347 (Nesconset Highway) To Old Town Road North for approximately one block. Stonington is on the Right. It’s across the Road from the Stony Hollow Co-op community.

 

Opened in 1997, these are ground level and upper level Floor Plans, plus 2 Story Townhouse designs. The 2 roads surrounding the neighborhood are Commodore Circle and Captains Way. The community is served by The Comsewogue School District #3.

Clearview Village is a Residential Single Family home community in Syosset Long Island.
