First opened in the late 1980’s and again through the early 2000’s, Birchwood At Spring Lake is a Middle Island New York 24 hour guard gated community.

Birchwood At Spring Lake is a unique community on Long Island as there is a variety of housing within 1 community. There are Condo’s, Townhomes, Free Standing Homes and Quad’s.
