The street names in this neighborhood are Acorn Ponds Drive, Spring Hollow, Frost Pond, Squirrel Hill, Chestnut Hill, Pheasant Run, Old Field, and Fox Ridge. High Point is the units at the first level as you drive into the community, and The Summit I and II are up the hill. Summit II is also called The Mansion.

Located by Exit 37 N Willis Avenue by The Long Island Expressway, The Summit at High Point condominium is close to all major roadways and upscale shopping.
