Sunken Ponds– Opened in 2005, Sunken Ponds includes a clubhouse, cozy gym, pool, card room, and bocci.  Included in the common charges is the lawn maintenance and snow removal at this pet friendly community. The neighborhood is surrounded by the street names of Pebble Beach Path, Winged Foot Way, Augusta Alley, Baltusrol Blvd, Amen Corner, Carnoustie Ct, and St Andrews Avenue. The entry is secured by a remote gate system. There’s the Augusta ranch design, as well as The Mainstone Townhouse with the master on the main level, and the Cyprus which is an upper unit. Saddle Lakes – Opened in 2000, this 24 hour guard-gated community is surrounded by Scenic Lakes Drive, Goose Neck Lane, Lakeview Ct and Adele Ct. Stoneleigh Woods – Opened in 2009, Condos are still in construction with Phase 1 and 2 completed. There are 2 Floor Plans here. The Aspen are the end units with 2 bedrooms on the main level with a storage loft on the upper level. The Birch are the interior units with 1 bedroom on the 1st level and 1 bedroom and loft on the upper.
