Built in the late 1970’s, Acorn Ponds can be navigated to by The Long Island Expressway Exit 35 and head South.  The street names in this neighborhood are Acorn Ponds Drive, Spring Hollow, Frost Pond, Squirrel Hill, Chestnut Hill, Pheasant Run, Old Field, and Fox Ridge.  There are various models within this community that include 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths, 2 bedrooms 2 baths, and 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths.  Acorn Ponds is close to The Long Island Expressway, The Northern State Parkway and plenty of shopping.
