It’s time once again to look at the Suffolk County Luxury Long Island Real Estate Market Report for Sold Homes $2,000,000 And Up July, 2015.

As an overview, there were 58 Luxury Homes sold in Suffolk County Long Island from January 2015 through July 2015, with a selling price of $2,000,000 or more. The average sold price for this time period in this price range was $3,156,000. The average days on the market for these luxury homes sold was 221 days. These closed and sold luxury homes were sold from $2,000,000 for a 6 bedroom 4.5 bath luxury home in Water Mill, to  $6,600,000 for a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath Estate in Peconic Long Island.

These statistics are reflected sales from public records and the multiple listing services and do not include for sale by owner, non-published, non-member sales, private sales, sales from the sponsor, or what might be current market values.
