Opened in 2004, and surrounded by Morley Circle, The Coves is a 62 and over community and can be reached by The Long Island Expressway Exit 49S, or from Route 110 to Duryea and a left on Park. To enter this pet friendly community, there is a coded-gate system at the entrance on Park Avenue.

While the terms “REALTOR” and “Real Estate Agent” are often used interchangeably, there is a subtle difference between the two:

→ REAL ESTATE AGENT

A Real Estate Agent is a professional who holds a license to assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. They have fulfilled the necessary requirements and obtained a state license to practice in the real estate industry.

→ REALTOR®

On the other hand, a REALTOR is a Real Estate Agent who is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). They are bound by a strict code of ethics and are required to adhere to specific professional standards. The REALTOR® trademarks lets people know that you are more than just a real estate practitioner: you adhere to a strict Code of Ethics that protects clients, the public, and other real estate agents.
