Nathan Hale Co-ops are garden style units located in Huntington Long Island.

You can reach this North Shore community of  Nathan Hale Co-operatives by Route 25A to Nathan Hale Drive.  These are brick structures in Suffolk County with units on the 1st or 2nd floor.   Built in 1950, Nathan Hale Co-op has an in-ground pool for the homeowner’s use,  and there are laundry facilities and storage in the basement of the buildings.  These are ground floor or upper level units.

 Nathan Hale Co-operative is close-by to Heckscher Park and Museum,  and the Village of Huntington.  The Long Island Railroad Station by New York Avenue and Route 110 and Broadway can take you into New York City.  Manhattan is approximately a distance of 36.5 miles.  There is a non-refundable processing fee required to buy a unit at Nathan Hale Co-ops, as well as a credit check fee and move-in fee (the move-in fee is refundable if there is no damage to the unit upon moving).  There is also a  membership fee  for the pool, and if a parking space is available or storage unit, there is an extra charge. Cats are permitted in the community, but no dogs.

 Included in the monthly common charges are the taxes, heat, and maintenance of the common areas.
