Nob Hill is a private condominium community located in Ronkonkoma Long Island 11779. Nob Hill has 2 sections…Nob Hill North and Nob Hill South. You can reach this Suffolk County neighborhood by Exit 58 on The Long Island Expressway and Old Nichols Road, heading North.

Nob Hill is a condominium community that was built in 1973 in Ronkonkoma New York, and is very close to both Nesconset and Hauppauge Long Island. There’s security at the entries in the evenings, and early mornings. This complex offers a clubhouse, pool, tennis, gym, play area and night security. Most units at Nob Hill have washer and dryers. A monthly fee includes heat and water, trash pickup, and the maintenance of the common areas at the community.  Nob Hill is situated in the Connetquot School District #7, and the school bus picks up and drops off the children right in the community.
