The Colony is a condo community is in Holbrook Long Island.
This guard attended community is in Suffolk County by Patchogue-Holbrook Road. The Colony  includes  a clubhouse,  pool, tennis, gym, card room, and indoor racquetball. The students living at The Colony can attend The Sachem School District #5.  Street names at the Colony include Colony Dr, Fairfield Dr, Fairfield Dr E, Hampshire Ct, Greenwich Ct, and Bristol Ct.

This pet friendly community offers ranch and townhouse floor- plans, some free standing detached homes and others are attached units. Public records for The Colony, which is run by a  homeowners association, shows that in 2008 condos and townhouses sold  and closed between $435,000 to $510,000.

Hidden Ponds is a private townhouse community run by a homeowner’s association located in Smithtown Long Island in Suffolk County.

This gated community was built in 1988, and is situated by Route 347.  There is no guard at the gatehouse, but guests have a call box system to allow them entry.  There are several floor plans at Hidden Ponds  including 1 level attached ranch style, and 2 story townhouse designs. Some units in this pet friendly community have a garage, but there are no basements in Hidden Ponds.

There are pools, tennis courts, a gym, clubhouse, and playground located in Hidden Ponds. Located in the prestigious towns of Manhasset and North Hills Long Island, there are Luxury Condos, Townhouses and Single Family Home Subdivisions.
