The Oaks at Hawkins Path is a small private 55+ community nestled in Coram New York 11727. Built in 2005, The Oaks can be navigated to by The Long Island Expressway Exit 63N (Ocean Avenue). North to Hawkins Road, right on Hawkins Path and left to the community at White Oak Court, which surrounds the complex.

The Oaks does not have a clubhouse or pool, but it offers shuffleboard, putting green, bocci and the relaxing gazebo. Pets are welcome. 

Each Condo at The Oaks in Coram has central air conditioning and gas heat. These are all Ranch Style Semi-Attached Condos with a basement and an attached garage.
