Located in the prestigious towns of Manhasset and North Hills Long Island, there are Luxury Condos, Townhouses and Single Family Home Subdivisions.

There are a variety of Condos,Townhouses and Homes within these Planned Neighborhoods.  Some are guard gated with clubhouse and amenities. There are some that are gated Condos and do not have a clubhouse, but they may have a pool and tennis courts.
