The Village of The Branch is a small community nestled within the heart of the Township of Smithtown Long Island.  It is located in north central Long Island, approximately 65 miles east of Manhattan.


The Branch was incorporated in 1927.  It is a cozy village situated within one square mile of the Town of Smithtown New York.  Some of the historical houses in the Village, which date back to the late 1600’s, were converted into offices. The Village of The Branch conforms to an 1850 circa architectural design for new commercial buildings and for any renovations.
