The T Section at Lake Grove New York is a lovely residential single family home community in Suffolk County Long Island.

Built mostly in the 1960’s and 1970’s, The T Section is situated within two Long Island School Districts – The 3 Village School District #1, and The Middle Country School District #11.  The T Section in Lake Grove Long Island can be reached by Route 347 to Pond Path and a right onto Twisting Drive.  These are Ranch, Colonial and Cape style homes on pretty tree lined streets. Country Village in Melville New York is a residential single family home community on Long Island’s North Shore.

Located by Route 110N in Suffolk County, Country Village are mostly Colonial style homes with at least 3 bedrooms, a basement and a garage.  The neighborhood was built during the 1950’s and early 1960’s. The Greens in Melville Long Island is an active 55 and over golf community in Suffolk County, on Long Island’s North Shore.You can reach The Greens by the Long Island Expressway Exit 50 or the Northern State Parkway Exit 41.  Opened in 2003, The Greens in Melville is a gated community featuring 24 hour security. The Greens at Half Hollow monitors those who enter and exit the community providing a secure environment for the residents.  

 

 

There is a variety of housing styles at The Greens in Melville. You can reach this North Shore community of Nathan Hale Co-operatives by Route 25A to Nathan Hale Drive. These are brick structure garden style apartments in Suffolk County with units on the 1st or 2nd floor.   Built in 1950,  Nathan Hale co-op has an in-ground pool for the homeowner’s,  and there are laundry facilities and storage in the basement of the buildings. Students who live in this co-op community can attend the Huntington School District #3.

Nathan Hale is close to Heckscher Park and Museum and the Village of Huntington. The Long Island Railroad Station by New York Avenue and Route 110 and Broadway can take you to New York City.  Manhattan is approximately a distance of 36.5 miles.  There is a non-refundable processing fee required to buy a unit at Nathan Hale Co-ops, as well as a credit check fee and move-in fee (the move-in fee is refundable if there is no damage to the unit upon moving).  Also, there is a membership for the pool, and if a parking space is available or storage unit, there is an extra charge.
