 Nathan Hale Co-operative is close-by to Heckscher Park and Museum,  and the Village of Huntington.  The Long Island Railroad Station by New York Avenue and Route 110 and Broadway can take you into New York City.  Manhattan is approximately a distance of 36.5 miles. The Co-op community of  Nathan Hale in Huntington Long Island  is situated within the Huntington School District #3.

 There is a non-refundable processing fee required to buy a unit at Nathan Hale Co-ops, as well as a credit check fee and move-in fee (the move-in fee is refundable if there is no damage to the unit upon moving).  There is also a  membership fee  for the pool, and if a parking space is available or storage unit, there is an extra charge. Cats are permitted in the community, but no dogs.
