Located in Long Island’s Suffolk County NY, Sunken Pond Estates is an active 55+ Code Gated Condo community.  Opened in 2005 in Riverhead New York, these are attached units in groupings with Ranch style, 2 story units, and upper and lower level floor plans.

 

You can reach this Condo from The Long Island Expressway Exit 73 to Mills and Middle Road. The community is surrounded by street names of Pebble Beach Path, Winged Foot Way, Augusta Alley, Baltusrol Blvd, Amen Corner, Carnoustie Ct, and Saint Andrews Avenue.
