Harbour Point: Approximately 40 miles from New York City, Harbour Point can be reached by taking Route 25A to Ocean Avenue heading North. These are attached Contemporary style units with central air conditioning, garages and lower levels that are above grade. There are amenities too. A clubhouse, heated outdoor pool, tennis, and the marina for your enjoyment. Located near quaint Northport Village, this Northport bay front community was opened in 1987. When available, there are deeded boat slips with a fee per ft depending on the size of your boat. Woodbine Harbor: You can reach this townhouse community by 25A to Windbine. Opened in 1984, there is central air conditioning, gas heat and attached garage. No amenities, but near Town and Beach. Pets permitted.
