Opened in 1978, The Woodlands is a well-maintained condo community in Woodbury New York in Zip Code 11797. It is situated between Woodbury Road and Jericho Turnpike.

These are attached mostly 2- and 3-bedroom units with central air conditioning, and a variety of exteriors and floor plans.  Not all units have a garage, but some have a 1 or 2-car.  There are condos with or without basements. The community is surrounded by lovely, wooded areas, and is served by the Top-Rated Syosset School District.

 

The established community offers clubhouse, outdoor pool, tennis, pickle ball, gym, play area, and basketball ct.
