Some have a garage, some have a basement. Entry situated off Piquets Lane. Offers clubhouse, pool, tennis, gym. Pet friendly community. There is central air conditioning, oil heat and back yard patios. A monthly common charge fee covers maintenance of common areas and facilities. Expect to pay a non-refundable move-in fee and a capital improvement fee is added to monthly charge.
The Woodlands: You can enter from Woodbury Road to the Woodland entrance.
