You can reach this exclusive neighborhood from 25A North Onto Miller Place Rd. Right Onto Echo Avenue To Lower Rocky Point Rd. Right On Lower Rocky Point Road To Scotts Beach Entrance.
The community has approximately two miles of private roadway as well as one large and two smaller beaches on the Sound. It is located in the Miller Place School District #8, and the Sound Beach Fire District. Mail may be delivered to a Miller Place address using a Miller Place Post Office box, or delivered to the home using a Sound Beach mailing address. Residents are welcome to use the Port Jefferson or the Comsewogue Public Library.
Residents enter this Single Family home community by a Private Electronically Coded Gate. There is an annual operating dues to live in this neighborhood that is paid to the Scott’s Beach Club, Inc.  The area boasts varied architectural styles including Cottages, Ranch, Victorian, Colonial, Post Modern and Contemporary designs.
