The first Willow Wood (which is in Hauppauge Long Island with Smithtown Schools) was opened in 1995. You can navigate to Route 347 and Mt. Pleasant Road to the entry at Plantation Drive.

These are 2 story Townhouse floor plans. Each unit at this Willow Wood has central air conditioning, gas heat, attached 1 car garage and backyard patios. The units are attached along Plantation Drive. They are mostly 2-bedroom 2 bath units, 2 bedroom 2.5 baths, and 3 bedrooms 2.5 Townhouses. 
 
There are no amenities at this well-maintained community of Willow Wood at Smithtown, but 1 pet is welcome. Living here, it is easy access to parkway, shopping and parks. 

 
Opened in 1995 through 1998, the 2nd Willow Wood in Smithtown Long Island is located between Townline Road and Terry Road. There are 2 roads that this Willow Wood is surrounded by which are Merrimack Road and Monitor Road.
