There were 4 floor plans built at Willow Ridge ~ The Ashbourne, The Brompton, The Canterbury and Devonshire.

This Smithtown Long Island community is attached units in groupings and is surrounded by Willow Ridge Drive among manicured mature landscaping.

The Sterling Woods Condo community does not have amenities like a pool or tennis courts, but it is a well-maintained neighborhood with a lovely spraying fountain and a relaxing community gazebo. Opened in 1996, Northwood is a small community on Long Island’s North Shore in Huntington New York.

Located by Front Street in East Meadow Long Island, The Seasons is a 55 and over active adult community. You can reach The Seasons in East Meadow Long Island by The Meadowbrook Parkway to Hempstead Turnpike East.
At The Seasons in East Meadow, you will find upper or ground level condos within a 24 hour guard-gated community. The First Phase that was built did not have elevators for the upper units, but Phase II has them in the Dogwood floor plan.
There are no garages at The Seasons, but 1 parking space is allocated for each unit, and towards the back of the complex there is additional parking. Opened in 1988, Indian Head Forest, is situated within the Commack School District #10. At this neighborhood there are 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and some 4 bedroom units.
