Sunken Ponds– Opened in 2005, Sunken Ponds includes a clubhouse, cozy gym, pool, card room, and bocci. Included in the common charges is the lawn maintenance and snow removal at this pet friendly community. The neighborhood is surrounded by the street names of Pebble Beach Path, Winged Foot Way, Augusta Alley, Baltusrol Blvd, Amen Corner, Carnoustie Ct, and St Andrews Avenue. The entry is secured by a remote gate system. There’s the Augusta ranch design, as well as The Mainstone Townhouse with the master on the main level, and the Cyprus which is an upper unit.
