The Townhouses are 4-attached homes grouped together in a quad. Established in the 1970’s with a newer section added in the 1980’s, Fairfield at St. James is located on Long Island’s North Shore. You can reach this active 55+ community by Route 347 and Moriches Road. Built as attached units with a variety of exterior designs, Fairfield At St James are mostly Ranch style floor plans, with backyard or front patios. There are also upper and ground level units, and some 2 story townhouse designs. The townhouses have 3 bedrooms, with the Master Bedroom on the main level and 2.5 baths. The 1 and 2 bedroom units have either 1, 1.5 or 2 full baths.

Some of the Condos in Fairfield At St. James have enclosed sun-rooms and some have a 1 car garage. Each lower unit has a patio and the upper units have a balcony. This is a maintenance free community where the lawns are maintained and the snow is removed which is covered by a monthly common charge fee. Since this is an established Condo community, units here may need some updating.

In the early evenings and early mornings, Fairfield At St. James has a guard at the entry gate for your security. There is a pond, a relaxing gazebo, and a walking path around the community for the owners enjoyment. The Condos have central air conditioning, washer and dryer, electric heat, and great closet space. Fairfield At St James does not allow pets.
