Established in the 1970’s with a newer section added in the 1980’s, Fairfield at St. James is located on Long Island’s North Shore. You can reach this active 55+ community by Route 347 and Moriches Road. Built as attached units with a variety of exterior designs, Fairfield At St James are mostly Ranch style floor plans, with backyard or front patios. There are also upper and ground level units, and some 2 story townhouse designs. The townhouses have 3 bedrooms, with the Master Bedroom on the main level and 2.5 baths. The 1 and 2 bedroom units have either 1, 1.5 or 2 full baths.
