Opened in 2004, Country Pointe is a private single family home community nestled in Dix Hills Long Island.

The homes in this well-maintained community are Colonial, Post Modern, or Ranch style floor plans. You can reach the Dix Hills Country Pointe by the Long Island Expressway to Exit 50 and onto Wolf Hill Road. Take Carmen Road or Half Hollow Road to the guard-gated entry.

This is a unique community on Long Island. While there are tennis courts and a play area within the neighborhood, there is also a pass-through gate to “The Greens” facilities in Melville, with the use of their clubhouse, pools, gym and more. The Country Pointe owners can use these amenities, but the owners at The Greens do not have gate access into Country Pointe. The Colony Club: Opened in 1990, The Colony Club is townhouse design semi-attached units with 2 car garage and basements. Take Fort Salonga Road to Norwood Road and to the private code-gated community. For the enjoyment of the homeowner’s there is a pool, tennis, and cozy clubhouse. Each condo has central air conditioning and gas heat in this pet friendly community. Students living at Colony Club can attend the Northport-E Northport School District #4. The community is surrounded by Wood Path Drive, Shaun Way, Gerriet Court and Heiko Court. Some units back Makaman Preserve.

Harbour Point: Approximately 40 miles from New York City, Harbour Point can be reached by taking Route 25A to Ocean Avenue heading North. These are attached Contemporary style units with central air conditioning, garages and lower levels that are above grade. There are amenities too. A clubhouse, heated outdoor pool, tennis, and the marina for your enjoyment. Located near quaint Northport Village, this Northport bay front community was opened in 1987. Woodbine Harbor: You can reach this townhouse community by 25A to Windbine. Opened in 1984, there is central air conditioning, gas heat and attached garage.

Northport Long Island is a North Shore Waterfront Village. It’s situated in The Town of Huntington in Suffolk County New York 11768. It borders Long Island Sound to the North and Northport Harbor to the West. Trolley’s used to run through this Village and Main Street still has the remaining trolley tracks.
